Rachel Alexandra BEAT THE BOYS at the Preakness and returned to BEAT THE BOYS again at the Haskill.  Today’s 1.25 million Haskell Invitational at Monmouth Park was sloopy. She went off as a 2/5 favorite.  The fractions were great to say it was a sloopy track: 22.4 – 1/4, 46.2 – 1/2, 1:09:4 – 3/4 , 1:34:1 mile, and she just missed the track record at 1:47:1 – 1 1/8 race.  She will not run in the Breeder’s Cup and is 7 for 7 in 2009. Is Rachel Alexandra the Horse of The Year?
