The Steelers have acquired Bryon Leftwich from Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a 7th round draft pick. The commissioner hasn’t rule yet but it looks like Ben Roethlisberger will be sitting out a few games with this move.
Leftwich played the 2008 season as a Steeler before signing with the Buccaneers.  In the 2008 season he played 5 games, completed 21 of 36 passes for 303 yards, two touchdowns and a 104.3 passer rating.Â
