The owner of the Titans has made his decision.  Vince Young is back, the Titans will fill the stands, the move, and groove, will excite the followers, and they should prosper from the variety of looks that Vince will give the defenses on the other side of the ball. They will have to also factor in the speed he possesses when he takes off running, which will open up the running and passing game that hasn’t been their for them this year.
