Andre Miller goes to Portland.  Miller is what this team needs, a veteran point guard.  He signed a $21 million, 3 year deal.  $14 million is guaranteed and the remaining 7 is the 3rd year team option.

According to Drew Gooden & Mark Cuban twitter page, Gooden is headed to the Mavs.  Gooden says “Dallas here I come!!!  & Cuban says “Welcome Drew.”
