Joe Mauer has hit it rich in the twins organization, with the largest contract ever offered, and or signed by a twin since the organization’s existence.  The Twins are beefing up for a serious run for the pennant, and world series appearance. With their prized position player signed, they intend to move forward with any other additions that may be required to put them in contention to take the world series title from the New York Yankees.
