It’s official, the other player in this coveted transaction has issued a statement of congratulations to Michael Jordan, who has, as he did while playing the game at the greatest level, conquered the competition, and has assumed the controlling interests, outright, and is the new “OWNER OF THE CHARLOTTE BOBCATS”.  With this, Jordan becomes the first actual former player to purchase the controlling interest of a NBA Franchise, and makes history with this transaction. It also appears that the Bobcats will have a legitimate opportunity at entering the NBA playoffs this year, which would be the first time for the expansion team in it’s history.
