Mike Shanahan signs a 5 year/$35 Million Deal with The Washington Redskins.  Shanahan will take the role of Head Coach, Exec. VP of Football Operations.  Shanahan and GM Bruce Allen will share responsiblies but Shanahan will have the ultimate authority on football decisions.
